Shipping Policy

LASA delivers online orders in South Africa using LASA drivers and approved delivery partners where available.

Standard Delivery

Eligible standard-size orders in LASA main service areas qualify for free standard delivery from R650 cart total before VAT. Orders below R650 pay R75 standard delivery.

Delivery fees are shown at checkout before payment. The current live checkout total remains the authority for your order, and LASA does not submit PayFast orders with a hidden delivery charge.

Special Handling

Bulky, fragile, truck-only, remote, outlying, farm, mine, township, or high-cost courier deliveries may need a quote or surcharge before dispatch.

Delivery Timing

Johannesburg and Cape Town orders may qualify for fast local delivery when stock and route coverage allow it. This is not a guaranteed 24-hour service.

Orders must be paid and ready before the weekday cut-off. Friday, weekend, public-holiday, bulky, remote, or quote-required orders are processed on the next business day or delivered by confirmed arrangement.
