Shipping Policy

We deliver online orders across South Africa with our own LASA drivers and trusted courier partners.

Standard Delivery

Free delivery on orders of R750 (incl. VAT) or more in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town local driver areas. For orders below R750 (incl. VAT), standard delivery in these local driver areas is R75 (incl. VAT).

For all other South African addresses, checkout compares our courier partners (Internet Express and The Courier Guy). LASA contributes up to R500 per order towards courier delivery to other areas. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout. The delivery charge includes VAT and is confirmed before you pay. Sometimes we may deliver with our own driver instead; you still pay only the delivery charge shown at checkout.

The delivery fee is always shown at checkout before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay, with no hidden delivery charges.

Special Handling

In Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town local driver areas, you can order large items, sofas and items that need our truck online in any quantity, with the same delivery fees as every other product. For some remote addresses, we may first need to check that a courier can deliver there before you pay. Outside Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town local driver areas, your courier delivery charge is confirmed at checkout whatever your order value. If checkout cannot show a delivery fee for your address, contact Sales and we will confirm delivery with you before you pay.

Delivery Timing

Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town local driver areas: 1–3 working days. Other areas: 3–6 working days. Exact timing depends on stock and on where you live; we confirm your delivery day when we plan the delivery route.
