When is delivery free?
Free delivery on orders of R750 (incl. VAT) or more in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town. Other areas: courier quote at checkout.
How do returns work?
Tell us within 30 days of the date you ordered, for any reason, and we will refund the full price of the product. If you change your mind, the delivery fee is not refunded, the assembly fee is not refunded if our team has already assembled the item, and a R75 collection fee is taken off your refund when we collect the item from you; dropping it off at our warehouse is free. If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, we refund everything you paid, including delivery and assembly, and collect it for free.
