How do returns work?
Tell us within 30 days of the date you ordered, for any reason, and we will refund the full price of the product. If you change your mind, the delivery fee is not refunded, the assembly fee is not refunded if our team has already assembled the item, and a R75 collection fee is taken off your refund when we collect the item from you; dropping it off at our warehouse is free. If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, we refund everything you paid, including delivery and assembly, and collect it for free.
What do I need for a new puppy?
Most people start with a bed, a crate or playpen, puppy training pads, a bowl and a lead. All of these have a shelf on the pets page.
Do you sell for cats too?
Yes. There are cat trees and scratchers, cat litter boxes and soft round beds that suit dogs and cats.
