How do returns work?
Tell us within 30 days of the date you ordered, for any reason, and we will refund the full price of the product. If you change your mind, the delivery fee is not refunded, the assembly fee is not refunded if our team has already assembled the item, and a R75 collection fee is taken off your refund when we collect the item from you; dropping it off at our warehouse is free. If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, we refund everything you paid, including delivery and assembly, and collect it for free.
Which battery chargers do you sell?
A 4-bay smart charger for 18650, 26650, 18490, AA and AAA cells with overcharge protection, and an 8-bay AA and AAA Ni-MH charger with a USB-C cable and independent bays.
Do you sell smartwatch charging docks?
Yes. There are charging docks and cables for the Fitbit Charge HR, Force and Versa 2, the Garmin Vivosmart 3, Vivoactive and Fenix, and several Samsung Gear models. Check the model before ordering.
