30-day money-back guarantee

Not happy with something you bought on lasa.africa? Tell us within 30 days of the date you ordered, for any reason, and we will refund the full price of the product.

It is fine if you have already used it. Items we sell as used are covered by the same guarantee.

What is not refunded when you change your mind

• Delivery fee: the delivery fee you paid when you ordered.
• Assembly fee: if our team has already assembled the item for you. If we have not assembled it yet, we refund the assembly fee too.
• Collection fee: R75 per item, taken off your refund, when we collect the item from you. Dropping it off at our warehouse is free.

If you cancel within 7 days of receiving your order, we also refund the delivery fee, as South African law requires.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, we refund everything you paid, including delivery and assembly, and collect it for free. If something breaks later, we will refund you at any time, in or out of warranty. All LASA products also come with a 12-month warranty.

How to return (3 easy steps)

1. Tell us. Start with the self-service return form (recommended). You can also email Sales at sales@lasa.africa, or call 011 089 8888 (press 1). Have your order or invoice number and the email address you used ready.
2. We collect it, or you drop it off. Our LASA drivers collect in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town; anywhere else in South Africa we book a courier. Drop-off: 28 Angus Crescent, Longmeadow Business Estate, Johannesburg.
3. You get your money back. Back to the way you paid, within 3 working days of the item reaching us. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Would you rather have an exchange or a replacement? Just ask.

Orders placed before 28 September 2026 keep the free-return terms that applied when you ordered.

Marketplace orders

Bought a LASA product on Takealot, Amazon, Makro, Leroy Merlin or Jumia? Please return it through that platform's own return process, because the platform took your payment and makes the refund. If you get stuck, contact us and we will help.
