These terms apply to purchases made directly through lasa.africa. LASA Africa is operated by PROPER TIME TRADING (Pty) Ltd, VAT 4150257279.
Product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, and availability are maintained in good faith. Stock is only reserved when the order and payment state shown at checkout are confirmed.
The final product price, delivery charge, VAT, discounts, and order total are displayed before payment. Online card payments are processed by PayFast; LASA does not store full card details.
An order acknowledgement records the request. LASA may contact you if stock, address, payment, obvious pricing error, or delivery information must be corrected before fulfilment.
Delivery areas, estimated timing, standard charges, and special handling are described in the Shipping Policy. The confirmed checkout and dispatch record are authoritative for each order.
