90-Day Price Protection

90-day price protection – if our price drops within 90 days of your purchase, we refund the difference as store credit.

How it works

1. Buy on lasa.africa. Price protection applies to orders you place and pay for on our website, lasa.africa.
2. If our price drops, you get store credit. If our website price drops within 90 days of your purchase, we add the difference as LASA store credit and e-mail you a code.
3. Use it at checkout. Add products to your cart and go to checkout. Use the same e-mail address as your original order, enter your code in the LASA Care code box, and the credit comes off your total before you pay.

About your store credit

Your store credit has no expiry date. If your order is smaller than your credit, the unused balance stays available for a later order. Store credit has no cash value.

Your other rights

Price protection is in addition to our 30-day returns and any rights you have under South African law.
