Four levels, one clear calculation
Tier status uses completed, paid LASA website purchases from the preceding 12 months. Earlier qualifying purchases matched to the same account email count toward status, even though points are not issued retrospectively.
100 points = R20 to use at checkout. Redemption starts at 250 points.
What earns points
- Registered customers must be signed in before checkout.
- New merchandise in a completed, verified website order.
- Your tier rate is applied to qualifying merchandise excluding VAT.
- Points post only after PayFast confirms payment.
- Returns and credit notes reverse the related points proportionally.
What does not earn points
- Delivery, assembly, VAT and used products.
- Cancelled, unpaid, refunded or unverified orders.
- Previous purchases do not receive retroactive points unless LASA publishes a specific promotion.
- Points are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
Expiry
Each earning batch expires 18 months after it is issued. Your account shows the next expiry date and the points affected, so you can use them before they lapse.
Using points
Choose how many points to use during checkout. The points are reserved while payment is pending and are deducted only after verified payment. An unpaid cancelled order releases the reservation.
If programme availability must be restricted, LASA will give members the written notice required by applicable consumer law.
